Assembly and Other Services
We are manufacturers of medium-heavy steel structures. We will implement your project according to the requirements provided as a whole. From the preparation of static and dynamic calculations, design documentation, production documentation and assembly drawings, through subsequent production, pre-assembly inspection, surface treatment, packaging, delivery to site and assembly. All inspection activities, including dimensional checks and NDT, are ensured throughout the entire manufacturing process by our qualified inspectors
Assembly of steel structures
Before final installation and surface treatment, we perform pre-assembly inspection, which ensures that all parts are perfectly prepared for assembly at the final destination. Thanks to this, we minimize the risk of problems during the assembly itself. We carry out the assembly using our TEREX mobile cranes. We use technology to detect any deviations Twyn Visometry, which, thanks to augmented reality, helps us identify any deviations of the product from the digital model.
Final assembly is carried out by our assembly teams in the Czech Republic, as well as in other EU countries. We strictly comply with all technical and safety standards and legal regulations valid in individual regions. Thanks to our experience and professional approach, we ensure smooth and high-quality implementation of orders.

In addition to assembly, we also offer a wide range of additional services that cover various stages of production and logistics:
Sheet bending and press-braking
We provide sheet metal bending up to 30 mm on an Ursviken Optima 800 t press brake with a maximum bending length of 7.3 m. This service is also offered separately.
Pre-assembly of structures
Pre-assembly of manufactured structures before surface treatment serves as a final check of product quality and functionality, ensuring trouble-free installation on site.
Surface treatment and material protection
We offer various types of surface protection, including painting, powder coating and the DUPLEX system according to the EN ISO 12944 standard. We also perform hot-dip galvanizing according to the EN ISO 1461 standard to ensure long-term protection against corrosion.
Packaging of structures for truck and overseas transport
We mark each part with a welded label and apply durable labels with data according to customer specifications. We offer packaging suitable for truck transport, overseas transport and containerization. We use only certified heat-treated, pest-free lumber.
Transport to the construction site or to the port
For our projects we arrange road truck transport within the EU, including deliveries under EXW, FCA and DAP terms according to Incoterms 2020.
Customs services
We provide all customs formalities for our customers for exports outside the EU.
