TMETAL has a team of experienced designers who provide comprehensive design and engineering services.
Our design services include:
- Static and dynamic calculations according to European standards (EC) – For calculations we use top-level software SCIA, RSTAB/RFEM and IDEA StatiCa, which enable us to efficiently design and analyze complex structures of various industrial and technological facilities.
- Preparation of drawing documentation using TEKLA Structures
- Design in 2D and 3D formats: PDF, DWG, STEP, IFC
- Integration with CNC machines: DXF, NC data, data for tube bending machines
- Optimization of designs for the manufacture and assembly of steel structures
