Burning and cutting. Punching, drilling, threading, deburring, bending and press braking of sheets. Welding and locksmithing work – set-up, stitching, welding, straightening and cleaning.
Bending of sheets with a thickness of up to 30 mm on the Ursviken Optima press brake, 800 t. Max. pressing length 7.3 m. We offer this as a separate service.
After production and before surface treatment, we conduct pre-assembly checks as a final inspection of the quality and functionality of our products.
Spraying according to ČSN EN ISO 12944 (painting, powder painting, DUPLEX) or hot galvanizing according to ČSN EN ISO 1461.
We mark every part by means of a directly welded label and before packing, we add resistant labels containing data according to the customer’s specifications.
Road truck transport within the EU in EXW, FCA, DAP parity according to Incoterms 2010.
We handle customs proceedings for export outside the EU, including handling of formalities at the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic.
Assembly of our constructions in the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries.
