Expansion of production capacity

At the beginning of 2021 we commissioned a new production hall intended primarily for pre-assembly and finishing of products. Thanks to the higher ceiling and new overhead cranes with capacities of 20 t, 10 t and 5 t, our options for handling large assemblies have expanded significantly. Two larger cranes run on a runway with a span of almost 12 m, the hook height is 9 m.
This hall, which we refer to as “yellow”, has an area of 800 m2.

Following the extension of the existing “red” hall in 2020, this represents a further increase in capacity. The red hall has been expanded by 300 m2 and is equipped with a new crane with a capacity of 20 t.

Overall, we have thus expanded the production premises in Fryčovice by 1100 m2.

The construction was carried out by our assembly team; only selected works were outsourced.
