TMETAL supplies over 500 tons of steel structures for the three-skyscraper complex The Marks in Vienna. These are connecting passages and parking spaces for 2,000 bicycles. They are part of a mobility concept with 27 e-charging stations, car sharing offers, e-scooters and bike rentals.

We deliver this project including a construction solution using a unique – and for TMETAL completely new – technology of joining concrete and steel construction, the so-called bonded steel construction. This brings an increase in the strength of the structure and, at the same time, savings in investment costs. At TMETAL, a new mobile workplace was created for resistance welding of strength mandrels to a steel structure.

For Marks, we already supplied balconies on one of the skyscrapers in the past (it can be seen in the photos). This complex with 1,200 apartments, housing for students, shops, kindergartens and other services should start opening in 2023.
