Information on the current situation regarding COVID 19

Dear Business Partners,

We would like to inform you about the situation in our company and how our company is responding to current developments in the Czech Republic in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic.

We see the health of our employees and business partners as our main priority. To date, our company is operating at maximum capacity, production operations are running without restrictions, with minor exceptions, and we strive to keep it that way so that we can meet the requirements and delivery times of our customers.

That is why we are also carefully monitoring the measures to protect the health of our employees, which we are trying to support with immunity-boosting products, we have increased hygiene and, of course, eliminated contact. We currently operate on the following principles:

• Business visits from external companies are prohibited at TMETAL, everything is handled by phone, email or via teleconferences. At the same time, visits to other companies are limited to the most urgent cases, i.e. urgent acceptances and expeditions. At the same time, a distance of at least 2 meters is maintained between people.
• THP employees whose work allows it work from home, others are separated as much as possible in terms of space and time. Individual production shifts do not meet and space is left for disinfection of the premises.
• Other recommended rules have been implemented internally within the company to limit contact between larger numbers of people. All employees wear face masks or other face coverings. We take maximum care with disinfection and other hygiene measures.

Currently, with minor exceptions, deliveries are being made without restrictions. However, we consider it necessary to inform and warn our business partners that the overall situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic constitutes force majeure. Any undesirable outages affecting our ability to fulfill current and future contractual obligations are completely beyond the control of our company.

Therefore, we ask our customers and suppliers to inform us immediately of any changes that may affect our ability to deliver or collect ordered goods. We believe that through mutual cooperation and respect, we will be able to overcome this difficult social and economic situation!
