TMETAL is investing in the acquisition of new machinery
In May 2020 we commissioned a new technology – AMOB emob63 tube bender.
This technology enables more efficient, more precise and faster production of steel railings, which are components of steel structures. It eliminates welds and at the same time raises the overall quality of our products.
After a short training period on the machine, we are bending railings for the first projects.

In November 2018 a new production line with a Voortman shot-blasting and saw-drill machine was put into operation. The new line will increase sawing-drilling capacity and introduce an internal shot-blasting cleaning process for profiles and plates. Thanks to this investment of approximately 1 million EUR it will be possible to automate the sawing-drilling and shot-blasting processes and significantly streamline production operations.
After a one-month trial run, normal operation commenced.
