At first glance, it might seem like just another standard steel structure. In fact, this project represents an innovative noise control solution for a gas power plant in Algeria, fully applicable not only locally, but also in the Czech Republic and across the EU.
What makes the project unique is primarily its execution method. The walls were prefabricated in our production facility, including insulation. On site, the work was limited to assembling large, pre-assembled segments.
The project was demanding not only in terms of space, but also from a handling and logistics perspective.
What the project entailed:
Each component was tested during a pre-assembly inspection prior to shipment, then verified using augmented reality (AR), and prepared for overseas transport — including all challenges associated with shipping oversized components.
