TMETAL supplies over 500 tons of steel structures for the three-tower complex The Marks in Vienna. These are connecting passages and parking spaces for 2000 bicycles. They are part of a mobility concept with 27 e-charging stations, car-sharing offers, e-scooters and bike rentals.

We deliver this project including a structural solution using a unique – completely new for TMETAL – technology of connecting concrete and steel structures, the so-called composite steel structure. This increases the strength of the structure and at the same time saves investment costs. A new mobile workplace for resistance welding of reinforcement pins onto the steel structure was created in TMETAL.

We have previously supplied balconies for Marks on one of the skyscrapers (seen in the photos). This complex with 1200 apartments, student housing, shops, kindergartens and other services is scheduled to open in 2023.
